The Underground Lounge started with a conviction that Ringgold deserved a place where bread was treated like craft and groceries were chosen like gifts. We opened our doors on Highway 41 with flour on our aprons and a commitment to doing one thing at a time — really well.

Every loaf, every jar, every item on our shelves is something we'd put in our own home. We source locally when we can and import only what we can't find closer to home. It's slower than the alternative, but nobody who tastes our bread has ever asked us to speed up.
